People say the more we sleep we will be slimmer .. Is it true ? Can try yeah~ If it's really works, we don't have to spend our money and time going to the " 减肥中心 ". Just spent the whole day sleeping can le .. But remember you can't sleep immediately after you ate your lunch or dinner coz it won't helps .. You must sleep before that or after you have digest the food which is about 3-4 hours later ..
